The staff was friendly. They tirelessly assisted in planning excursions. They also shared excellent recommendations. The restaurant offered local and international dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. Breakfast was abundant and varied. The resort offers an authentically exotic experience and includes modern conveniences.
The bathroom lighting could be better.

The staff provided complimentary afternoon tea, SUCH a good touch. The staff also arranged a guided morning walk through picturesque rice fields. They were ALWAYS available and attentive to any need.

The restaurant offered many options. Breakfast was VERY tasty and flavourful. The restaurant also features very nice views of the surrounding rice terraces. I REALLY liked this.

Our room included comfortable king bed and clean facilities. Rooms were updated and well provisioned with water. There was a semi-outdoor toilet area. The air conditioning worked well.

the restaurant had very tasteful meals for breakfast lunch and dinner i participated in a balinese ceremony that happened at the resort the day after our arrival. i received two complementary 90min massages and one free transport

absent transfer unvaried food
the room was clean, and the staff were quick with requests.
The airport transfer i booked through the hotel never showed up, leaving me stranded. i had to arrange my own transport at the last minute, costing me extra money and time. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, it was the same food every day. This became quite boring after a few days.
